If a man is a tough manager, he’s considered a go-getter, ambitious, strong, productive, persuasive, powerful, authoritative , and the list goes on. If a woman exhibits those same qualities as a manager, rising to the top of the corporate ladder, she’s considered a ball -buster, a slut, and of course a witch with a capital 'B'. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not scorned, but no matter what anyone wants to believe, it’s true. I spent fifteen years in a male-dominated industry, so I know.
